1) We offer 95% commission after your commission to company reaches $ 17,000 for the year, commission based on experience and prior sales. Example: You hire in on March 1, 2009 and broker split is 75/25; your 25% to company reaches $ 17,000 on June 1, you then go to 95/5 and stay there until March 1, 2010 and then you go back to 75/25 until the $ 17,000 goal is met again.

2) 5% Commission (commission split applies on sales price) – CGS Construction – If you have a client wishing to build a house, have them meet with Chris Shindorf, and after they have reached an agreement, you only have to get a sales contract signed. In addition, CGS Construction will pay you a $ 500 Selling Bonus on a sale up to $ 200,000; $ 1,000 Selling Bonus on a sale over $ 200,000,

3) 3-5% commission per job on referral to Teaven and Sons. Commission will be paid on labor
incurred and not on materials.

4) Sell ads for The Valley Star, a publication of Alabama Real Estate Solutions, LLC. 30%
of cost of ad will be paid per ad sold. You will be paid when payment and copy for ad
have been received by Alabama Real Estate Solutions, LLC. You are paid each time the
ad renews.

5) Alabama Real Estate Solutions, LLC pays for group advertising and publishes all of our listings in The Valley Star and North Alabama Real Estate Showcase. You may place your own ads in The Valley Star – ¼ pg, ½ page, full page, etc. for cost of printing.

6) Alabama Real Estate Solutions, LLC furnishes all yard signs, posts, Sold, Pending, Open House and Directionals. You pay for your name riders. We also have Information boxes that you may purchase or sign out as needed.

7) We have lockboxes you may sign out.

8) NO DESK FEES!!!!
